Owner Occupied
Sherry will meet with the homeowner and/or agent to walk through the property and determine how best to edit the furnishings and add any rentals if needed. She'll follow up with a detailed "To Do" list including referrals to local tradesmen and specific design ideas. Then the homeowner can take care of everything on their own using the list as a guide or Sherry and her team are also available to assist in completing= all or part of the list on an hourly basis.
